Your Topper Pre-Owned Select Watch is guaranteed by Topper Fine Jewelers. As such, it is warranted against mechanical failure for 12 months from the date of sale. Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at Topper Fine Jewelers is not covered and shall void the warranty. Topper Fine Jewelers will have sole discretion to determine if the work for the warranty it provides will be performed "in house" by Topper Fine Jewelers, or if the work will be performed at the facilities of the maker of the watch by their authorized representatives. The limited warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals, batteries, or any damage to the case or movement caused by moisture that might have entered the watch as a result of improper handling, nor does it apply, on a more general basis, if there is evidence of misuse or abuse. Only Topper Fine Jewelers will determine, at its sole discretion, to repair any watch under this warranty.
This pre-owned watch is in 84% condition due to marks on the lugs, bezel, and throughout the case. The strap is in 79% condition due to creasing, discoloration (specifically on the backing), and marks on the clasp. Also included is an OEM strap in 81% condition due to creasing (specifically on the edges), discoloration (specifically on the backing), and marks on the clasp. Originally purchased in February 2006, this watch comes with its inner and outer box, instruction manual, warranty card, chronometer certificate, and the one-year Topper Pre-Owned Select warranty. The original Breitling inner box is in fair condition due to peeling.
