5 Steps To A Better Day

Share

1- Begin each day with a renewed spirit that can only come from the Holy Spirit

Psalms 51:11 Do not banish me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me
2- To Love God is to obey HIM. When you obey, blessing and reward follow
John 14:15 If you love me, obey my commandments. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Advocate, who will never leave you. He is the Holy Spirit….
3- Steward well, the resources you have today and allow God to grow your stewardship of the resources he bestows to you
Proverbs 3:9 Honor God with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. Then he will fill your barns with grain, and you vats will overflow with good wine.
4- Increase your joy by finding its source in the one who made you, one who wants to continually save you, and the one who wants relationship with you
Acts 2:28 You have shown me the way of life, and you will fill me with the joy of your presence.
5-To love is to live, where there is love there is God — God is love and this by itself will fulfill your purpose in Christ Jesus
1 Corinthians 13 (entire chapter) verse 4 Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. It does not demand its own way. It is not irritable, and keeps no record of being wronged. It does not rejoice about injustice but rejoices whenever the truth wins out. Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance. (verse 13) Three things will last forever…, faith, hope, and love–and the greatest of these is love.
I pray the Holy Spirit lives in you. I pray that you hear seek and obey your Heavenly Father, that you become a master of stewardship and are used by God for his purposes and glory. I pray you experience peace and joy, regardless of your circumstances, and that you receive God’s love through his son Jesus. It is more blessed to give than to receive, once you receive God’s love–you will not believe how much you can and will impact others with the love you’ve been given. Do you receive it today?
