How can we access the Power of Jesus’ name?
- Believe and have faith in HIM
- Admit we need HIM
- Commit everything to HIM
- Submit our will to HIM
Believe – John 3:16 – For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, so that whoever believes in him will not perish but have eternal life
Admit – Matthew 5:13 – God blesses those who realize their need for him
Commit – Psalms 37:5 – Commit everything you do to the LORD. Trust him, and he will help you.
Submit – James 4:7 – Submit yourselves to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God and he will draw near to you
God’s word tell us to “come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most.” Hebrews 4:16
My prayer for you today is that if you’re in need of anything, take a minute to reflect on your faith and belief in the mighty power of Jesus’ name, and claim that! Admit your real and true need for HIM in every way and declare that! Commit your ways to the Lord today and surrender your future by submitting to HIS plan–and go boldly to the throne of grace and be loved by The Father. The power of the spirit lives in us and in Jesus’ name and for his purposes and glory, greater things are yet to come in your life. Together, let’s live that!
