The Whole Armor of God

Ephesians 6:13 – Therefore, put on every piece of God’s armor so you will be able to resist the enemy in the time of evil. Then after the battle you will be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the belt of truth and the body armor of God’s righteousness. For shoes, put on the peace that comes from the Good News so that you will be fully prepared. In additional to all these, hold up the shield of faith to stop the fiery arrows of the devil. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

In today’s world, what doesn’t come against us in the form of attack on ourselves?…, our mind, our heart, and our soul? God’s word says our fight is not with this world, but with the power of the unseen realm. I encourage you to take up your own Sword of the Spirit (your bible) and use it to defeat the enemy as you position to win the battle of your life.

Is there anything coming against you today? My prayer is that you will go to your Heavenly Father and seek that which you need to conquer your challenges of today. God blesses those who realize their need for him and fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. Need a touch of Jesus today…, just call out his name and search for him like lost treasure and he will be found by you.
